@Wishmaker: thanks wishmaker. sorry, i should've written some description about it. it's actually a thai dessert. im not really sure what it's called. they're small cubes of water chestnut wrapped in pink sago flour - which attributes to the random shapes, like this heart-shaped one for instance - eaten in a cool broth of coconut milk and shaved ice. simply scrumptious.
