i studied to become a designer. only somehow or other i ended up becoming a copywriter, which surprises me till this day because most of the time, i'm vocabulary-challenged.

but what i originally wanted to be when i was a kid was a dancer ... wait no, actually before that i wanted to become wonderwoman but i had no boobs to fill in the corset.

and now i change my mind ... i want to be a photographer.

clearly, i'm confused.

as far as photography goes. the first time i held a camera - it was an FM10 my dad got me. i hated it. i hated how bad my pictures turned out. i hated having to fork out money i don't have to develop pictures that i know suck anyway. mostly, i hated how my brother, who didn't even studied photography was better at it than i am. and when he bought an Olympus E300 it's got me interested in photography and decided that hey, i can take a decent photo too.

now, i just got myself a canon eos 400D which i take everywhere to shoot anything. from candid shots of oblivious public, to plants, to portraits of people who rock my world - family and friends mostly, to my cats, to toys, to abstract, to architecture, to raindrops on the windshields, basically anything.
